I read somewhere about a DC- taht crashed on teh flanks of mount Kilimanjaro years ago. It was a cargo flight with the money on board of some mineworkers.
The plane is unaccessible but visible on the flanks on good weather.
I can't find any info on this back on the internet. Anyone has a good lead to this story?

It was C-47B VP-KKH of East African Airways. Crashed on Mwenzi, Kilimanjaro's twin peak, at 15,200 feet on 15 May 1955.
