CAF Scholes Field, Galveston "FIFI" intro 1975

If my memory is correct (not saying much), this was Fifi's introduction to the Houston-Galveston area. If this is wrong please correct me.

The current CAF "tramp stamp" looks pretty small by comparison to that
flying billboard behind the cockpit...

Agreed 100% There were B-24 round up ships with paint jobs not as garish.

Looks to me it's there temporarly to promote a special event. :idea:
