Since the last time I checked their website, two additional missiles have been placed on display in the Missile Gallery at the NMUSAF.

i was there in june [1st time & WOW] and i was looking for an Atlas. the gentleman told me there was one over in storage and that there was an issue with standing it up without any fuel in it. i wanted to see one since nearby all around abline, tx were silo sites. he said they were trying to figure out how to display it. maybe they will get it sorted out and get it displayed soon. any warbird nut has to go here because it is the BEST museum in the WORLD!

Back in the early 90s thay had an Atlas outdors. It could only remain standing, IIRC, if the inetrior were kept pressurized by a pump or generator.
One night it failed and the whole thing went limp.
I saw the wreckage and the metal was a thin as a modern soda can.
They got a replacement, with all kinds of structural reinforcements, from the Franklin Institute in Penn.
It was in their storage are the last time I saw it.

The Atlas is restored and ready to go, just waiting on room. They are monsters man.

pics please, when they get it ready, i'm also hoping to get to go to one of the silo sites someday, there are a couple of them around here that the owners will let you stop by when it fits their schedule.
