It's an aileron trim , found it on what was once RAF Sawbridgeworth.
Aircraft that were in use there included Lysander, Tomahawk and Mustang 1.
Any clues people?.

The operative question is why would an elevator trim control say "AILERON TRIM" on it? Of course my eyes could be playing tricks on me...Alan Hulme wrote:Here is what he says is an elevator trim control handle, found on the site of a former RAF station.
