A terribly tragic loss of a lovely aircraft and a beautiful and talented woman.
My condolences go to her family and friends, especially her sons...

That's a shame. I'm not liking the way this season has been going. Be safe everyone, okay?

What is real strange is having 2 planes go down on seperate days, while practicing for the same airshow

Chandy was one of the best - I think she did not have the same recognition as Patty Wagstaff or Jacquie Warda simply because she chose to stick closer to home and her kids. But she could definately fly with the best of them and was wonderful to work with.
One thing I found interesting, She told me that she hated flying cross country - something about it just bothered her and that she was 100 times more comfortable performing high energy acrobatics. What a sad thing for her kids and family.
