After way too many years the Spit should be back in the air this summer.

WOW!! A RR powered GMC PU! Is that what the new and improved GM is selling! I thought they were mandating higher milage...and in CA too boot!!!

That is almost the most gorgeous RR aero-engine I've ever seen! What superb work! Oh, to hear it running.

For the benefit of the uneducated, into which Spit is this marvel to be fitted? Peter's pic has a very high smoke-plane ratio.

The added bonus of grey/gray blocks and banks is that folks will never spot the JB Weld! :P
