Hawk One to visit to Canadian Warplane Heritage June 3

Just added to Hawk One's schedule is a stop at the Canadian Warplane Heritage. Tim Leslie will fly Hawk One, Vintage Wings of Canada's Canadair F-86 Sabre, to CWH on June 3 for an overnight stay. Hawk One is painted in the colours of the RCAF's famous aerobatic team, the Golden Hawks. Hawk One departs CWH on June 4 for Manitoba. Times TBA.

A few more details of Hawk One's visit to Canadian Warplane Heritage:

The anticipated arrival time will be approximately 12 noon on June 3. The Museum will remain open until 8 pm that day to will give local aviation enthusiasts an opportunity to see Hawk One up close. This will be a unique opportunity for photographers to capture two Golden Hawks Sabres together. CWH has on display Golden Hawk Sabre RCAF 23651 on loan from the Canada Aviation Museum.

UPDATE: Anticipated arrival time of Hawk One at CWH is now 1:30 - 2:00 pm (June 3).
