South Korea Warbird Museum

Tue May 19, 2009 11:42 am

i'm a long time lurker and I just got back from a business trip to Sacheon, South Korea. HAs anyone posted about the very cool outdoor warbird museum owned by Korea Aerospace Industries in Sacheon, South Korea? They have A26, B25, Corsair, F86, C124 Provider, and a B-29. Plus some huge 4 engine transport that I forgot to write down. The B-29 looks to be complete. you cannot enter it but they have a platform that allows viewing through the nose plexiglass and all instruments appear to be in place. I saw wiring harnesses still in place and marked. The forward bomb bay is open and looking up you can see the pressurized crawlway still intact. I have some pics but I forgot my camera so they are 3.2 pics from my cell phone. I also need to get them downloaded. I was just wondering if anyone has posted about this museum yet. Thanks and I really dig reading the posts.
