Scroll down in the article about the National Trust for Historic Places' "Most Endangered" list. One of the hangars at Wendover Airfield made the list. Thought it was cool that a hangar was starting to reach a level of importance that a national preservation group NOT associated with aviation would be concerned about its fate.

That's very good news.
Too many people out there look at an old hangar and just see a piece of junk or useless space.

This is indeed good news! It certainly beats tearing down B-29 hangars like they're doing in Kansas.

i really enjoyed being able to go to that airfield twice and looking around some of the area. i wish you guys the best in getting more of the base saved. next time im over there i wanna see the pits and bunkers... if anyone has even the smallest chance to visit this place... i think youll really enjoy it.
