Louisiana Flying Museums

I agree with the idea about Texas being "Warbird Heaven" but I would like to challenge, our neighbor to the east, Louisiana, to step up. I grew up in North Louisiana during WWII and I remember gazillions of warbirds overhead daily. Today there are hardly any organized flying museums in the state. There are a few private owners out of Lafayette and Baton Rouge and maybe Shreveport but otherwise not much. Some static displays, gate guards and the likes. What is going on you guys???
