Any info on these planes?

I was doing touch-and-go's (more like crash and dash!) at Texarkana on Thursday and saw this during one of the go-arounds. I got a snap shot off but do not know anything about them. Any info on these aircraft?

A little Googleing about came up with two Lockheed L18s, one being resurrected to flying and the other a flyer by MayAir Xpress. One a "Gulfstar" model, the other a "Howard 250".
Info found on this cool webpage,

Hey hurk130, what's the deal with snapping pic's and looking out the window during touch-n-go's? Keep your eyes on the torques and rpm's ("powers good")...

One of the best parts of being a Squadron Evaluator FE! No one looks at what I am doing for fear that I will ask them a question! Sometimes it is good to be the king...until a Group Evaluator comes onboard! LOL!

Thanks for the answer to the L-18. I really did not have much time to look at it so as far as I could tell it was a Hudson! LOL! Still a good looking airplane.
