Yeah, go for it, but I would indeed ask first what they mean by mutilation :?

TITLE TO THE PROPERTY DOES NOT PASS TO THE BUYER UNTIL MUTILATION HAS BEEN ACCOMPLISHED. BUYER AGREES TO HAVE US GOVERNMENT PERSONNEL, IN ADDITION TO GL PERSONNEL, WITNESS DESTRUCTION
