Yeah, go for it, but I would indeed ask first what they mean by mutilation

TITLE TO THE PROPERTY DOES NOT PASS TO THE BUYER UNTIL MUTILATION HAS BEEN ACCOMPLISHED. BUYER AGREES TO HAVE US GOVERNMENT PERSONNEL, IN ADDITION TO GL PERSONNEL, WITNESS DESTRUCTION
