I.R.A.N. program 1954 - B-25s

Anyone have any information pertaining to manuals or documents used during this program on B-25s? Or any N.A.A. books with replacement instructions for the following;?

I am poking at finding out more information / technical information on the wing angle attach replacement procedures as outlined in a manual other than actuality.
