My favorite aircraft ever. Just imagine seeing that polished one in colour or better still in the flesh.
I painted up one of my hydroplanes in the style of the peashooter even down to one of the insignia of one of the squadrons.

The factory owned prototype in polished bare metal, and behind the fence, between the prop and the wheel pant is an American BANTAM Coupe and the hill is Beacon Hill, way, way before I-5 sliced thru from right to left. The ramp is @ the North East corner of KBFI and is approximately where American Helicopter's offices and ramp are-
