Fuselage canopy and tail sim to T-6, wings different.

Fuselage is all aluminum, canopy is taller, and although the planform of the tail may appear similar, it is quite a bit larger.

Probably had the same designers though, so that might explain the visual similarities.

I've always thought it looked like a pregnant T-6. I'm curious..did the O-47 have an actual name (official or otherwise?)

I thought the Owl was the Curtiss O-52. Or was Owl sort of a generic name shared by all the O-birds?
