The people scanning for the Google LIFE photo archive should have been more attentive..specially since the image was made by Edward Steichen. For a second I thought the Blue Angels had flown Avengers

No wonder flight 19 got lost....they were flying upside down....hard to get your bearings that way...

Not a surprise - looking up Edsel photos I saw several that were reversed.
