Eric, Better Rejoin!

Mon Nov 17, 2008 3:09 pm

Hey, Eric, here is a moneymaking position for an experienced combat pilot. The Army Nat Guard here in Colorado recently assisted law enforcement in discovering a large marijuana growing operation in a wooded area. What makes this interesting is that the copter guys got to share in the big bucks$$$. Their share of the take was $93,000. Now, the news report is that the share was $93k, what I don't know is how they realized the value; without harvesting and selling the crop? Anyway, it is a good story, and you probably aren't making any big scores like this in the market.

Bill,

Actually these dificult market conditions have lead my firm to near record sales numbers. We own PIMCO the largest bond management firm in the world, which has been poistioned away from the riskier assets for the last couple years. All is well, but we think the most difficult times are yet to come.
I am planning a very robust warbird season for next year.

Sorry to hear about the "big bust", hope it doesn't impact you to severely.
