Boeing-sponsored Medal of Honor documentary airs tonight

Medal of Honor, the Boeing-sponsored documentary that explores fundamental questions about the nature of the human spirit and what it means to have the courage of a hero, airs nationwide tonight on PBS (check local listings for the time in your area).

The film has been shown at special, Boeing-hosted premieres across the country in recent weeks including Chicago, El Paso, Seattle, St Louis, Washington, D.C., and at the annual Congressional Medal of Honor Convention in Denver, Colo., where it was shown to 57 Medal of Honor recipients.

In its entirety, the film is 90-minutes long and traces the history of the medal and tells powerful stories of those who have received it. The film also recounts the history of the Medal of Honor from a profile of Sgt. Paul Smith, the first service member to earn a Medal of Honor in the Iraq war, back to its creation during the Civil War.

In addition, during the broadcast the first-ever national spot (TV commercial) produced by Boeing Creative Services and Boeing Advertising: Boeing’s sponsorship of the PBS documentary "Medal of Honor," will air. The :15-second spot features Boeing employees and IDS products.

Just another piece of garbage from losers who know nothing about valor, sacrifice and honor. The MOH means nothing for this man. Rest in peace Marine. We who appreciate your sacrifice will always have the MOH in our hearts for you.
