We just wrapped a tie down chain around the Tailwheel forks on the -3 I used to jerk gear on.

Never saw or had the parts to mount on the tailwheen bracket for a tiedown.

We just use the same straps we use to tie down the rest of the plane. We wrap the tail strap around the gear and into the tie down point and the other straps go over the tires and through the struts to hold it down by the tires (without being able to come off if the plane moves back or forward. Has worked well in 70+ MPH thunderstorm gusts, so I don't see why it wouldn't work for you.
