does anybody here know of a website or book or chart that shows all the siloettes(sp) of the planes built during the war that you can download or purchase?

There are plenty of sources for playing cards with silhouette profiles out there available, otherwise it looks like getting vintage (expensive) real WW@ issue cards from collectors.
Did find someone with a Flickr account with a lot of old cards scanned, might just do your trick!

i have over 100 ww 2 u.s. original ww2 vintage aircraft i.d. silhouette i.d. posters & about 40 or so 1/72 scale black i.d. models made from cardboard. all still on the punch out templates in envelopes. only a few with missing pieces. the posters are in good to better condition, all suitable for framing & matting.i have both allied / axis of both types of i.d. training memorabilia. heck, i'm waiting for my article on the topic to be posted in air classics magazine. p.m. me or email me for wants, & i'll try to cherry pick for you.
