B-24 Crash in Alaska During WWII

Can anyone tell me anything about the B-24 that crashed in Alaska during the war and more recently had bits and pieces, namely the cockpit/greenhouse section, salvaged?

I ask because the cockpit/greenhouse now resides at the Yankee air Museum.
