late fw 190 types

Hello,

I have a question about late fw 190 types. Which of the following type were used, build of flown, including prototypes?

Fw 190D-12
Fw 190D-12/R14
Fw 190D-14
Fw 190D-15
Fw 190F-8/R14
Fw 190F-8/R15
Fw 190F-10
Fw 190F-16/R14

There seems to be a lot of controversy about this subject, I checked many sites on internet, nobody seems to agree.
