Help Needed: VAH-11 RA-5C Vigilante circa 1967

All,

Looking for photos of a VAH-11 "Checkertails" RA-5C aboard USS Forrestal in 1967. A perfect catch would be a photo of CDR Kilcline's aircraft...the CO at the time. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
