Looks Great!
I was very excitied to see it on the Resto Hanger tour last year. The tour guide didnt even mention what it was until I started crawling around it, hehe. It was pretty dusty but complete. Glad to see she is on display.
I cant wait to check it out next time I am out there.

It was kinda funny, when I was at the museum and took the restoration tour this June I saw her being painted, then when I went last week we took the R&D tour she was in the hangar on display! Looked great, too.

I remember hearing before that the YF-23 actually did out fly the YF-22, but that the Air Force chose the YF-22 because they didn't think that Northrop could deliver considering it's current work of producing the B-2s. Anyone else hear this or know how true that is?

According to Yeager the YF-23 was the plane that the pilots all wanted, but the F-22 is the plane that hit all of the goals for the project.

I wouldn't be surprised if the YF-23 design didn't live on in some 'other' aircraft built by Northrop that we never saw.
IIRC there was a crash in 1994 at Boscombe Down that was quickly covered up, but the rumor from the spotters was that it had a distinctive shape resembling the -23.

Just recently the project had some life back into it as the USAF was considering making the YF-23 a medium bomber.

That sure is a fine looking aircraft. It'll be great to see her next time in Dayton.
