Wow. What would happen if you put your foot to the floor in that thing!!!! 
Wouln't like the gas bill to take that to the store. It looked like it was out on the street, but surely it is not road legal! What an awesome ride though

It's the (in-)famous 'Final Objective'. Built in Australia, I think it may be in the US now. A web-search will bring up the full history...

Wouldn't "pedal to the metal" create enough torque to roll it? I know it doesn't have that "whirly" thing out front but wouldn't the torque to the tranny do it? Admittedly, a bit out of my area of expertise. (Which is actually a very small area.)
