Hello,
Does anyone know the fate of CF101 Vodoo 101014? It would be nice to know what happened to the aircraft.

"In 1984, the remaining Voodoo squadrons painted one aircraft each to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the RCAF/CAF. 409 again used the Hawk One Canada markings, this time on 101057, but with the addition of blue rudder stripes. No 425 Squadron's contribution rivalled that of 409, with their 101014 being dubbed 'Lark One Canada'. On the opposite side the name was repeated in French as 'Alouette Un Canada'. the fuselage was covered in tiny yellow 'feathers' while the wheel doors were painted to represent talons."

And as of July of 2005:
"CF-101B 57-0298 (CAF 101014) Derelict at CFB Bagotville as 101014 "Alouette Un Canada/Lark One Canada" (July 2005)"

Heres a link to 101014 in its present condition.

Its all I could find so far. Your lucky to at least have some clear photos of your Voodoo, I have the skinning from the nose of 101001 with the 001 on it and I havent been able to find any clear photo of that particular aircraft.

EDIT: I just noticed the bump and replies in my old post about 101001, Im ecstatic over the photos posted!!!

I remember when she was flying at London airshow! Can you send me a pic of the panel you have Hawkeye? I would love to see it!

I believe that 101014 is still on the books with the Canadian Forces.

According to Google, 014 along with the other three Voodoos are still 'hidden in the bushes' at Bagotville along with the CAF T-33 fuselage and ex. US Navy F-18 carcas.

Got to maps.google.com and do a search on the following coords:

N48 19 24.58 W070 59 52.40

not 3

Looking at the aerial shot it appears there are 4 not 3 Voodoo;s Would be nice to see these cold war warriors preserved.
