Spooky,
I've never been to that airshow, but have been thinkin' of heading up there maybe next year. How do you like it? Is it an easy show, logistically? Sure looks like some cool stuff shows up. Any opinions would be appreciated.

It's a really fun and laid back show. I'd suggest at least two days. Getting there is simple. Just I-5 north to Bellingham and take the Guide Meridian road to the border and follow the signs the rest of the way. There is flying from around 11ish to 4:30-5 which doesn't leave much time for checking out static stuff which is why I suggest 2 days. If you're into taking photos i'd suggest the extra $10 for runway seating which gives you a designated seat in front of the general admission area. It's mostly modern US and Military in the static area but it's fun getting to go through them.

Thank you Al...sounds like a good one to plan for next year. Also appreciate the extra detail recommendations. Your photos are excellent, as usual, so thanks, too, for sharing those with the rest of us.
Have a great weekend!

Another thing is if you plan to go for more than one day you can usually find a decent hotel within 15-30 minutes away for roughly $100 a night.
Glad you like the photos!
