Cleaning up Patches

Some pics I thought you would enjoy of the recent work being done on the C-123 at the NMUSAF.
He was also a Fairchild test pilot on C-123's, and flew the type in combat. While he never flew Patches, he did fly the one at Hurlbert, FL.

Wow, she's really starting to look nice. I've always wondered how the nose cone got all dented up like that.
