well these where my Grandparents and Parents pictures, when this show happened in the 80s i wasnt even born yet. I wish someone would bring back a show to Cedar Rapids someday.

UGG! I forgot that gentleman's name! He's owned that P-51 for quite a while now if im not mistaken. Im sure somebody can throw a name now out there.

Thanks for posting, Nate! CR was my first airshow, IIRC it was organized by Ken Hopper who now does the Quad Cities show. Some very spectacular F-14 demos there...

Yeah Ken does a great job putting on the Quad City Airshow Each year. Just wondering besides Gunfighter, does anyone know where most of theses warbirds are now?
