Navy Meeting

Well WIXers, as you know, The Colonel(Rob Rohr for the uninitiated!) has been in touch with certain members of the Navy and the Naval Aviation Museum over the years. A previous attempt to bring the Navy and the Warbird community together did not come about due to extenuating circumstances(a hurricane if I remember right). Anyways, plans for this historic meeting are under way as I write this and Rob would like to know if WIX as a Warbird/Historic Aviation Group/Organization would like to send a representative to this meeting. How about it, Scott, Ryan, etc., maybe several volunteers with the knowledge and experience necessary and then a poll listing all the names, the winner being the designated WIX Rep at the Navy Meeting. Any one with questions can e-mail Rob at b25j@comcast.net or go to the members list and look up some of Rob's old post on the subject

Seeing as there is such an enthusiastic response, will the moderator please remove this thread ......................................................It seems I might be starting something that I know nothing about.
Besides, I do believe that sufficient response has been made.
