Parts for G.46 Restoration

Sun Jul 27, 2008 4:00 am

We're just about to start on a G.46 project and need a few bits to replace some parts which are missing or damaged. If anyone has come across these, or any other bits please drop me a PM. Parts needed are as follows:

Tailcone
Flaps
Ailerons
Wing tips
Oil Coolers & intake fairings
Front & rear canopy
Wheels, tyres & brakes
Landing gear doors
Spinner
Rear rudder pedal assy
Throttle x 2
Control column x2 (we have grips)
Trim assembly
Instrument panels
Oil tank

Additionally, does anyone know of a company with spares for the rebuild of the Alfa Romeo 115ter engine? We have a new prop but the engine needs to be rebuilt with the usual requirement for spares, gaskets, replacement parts, etc.

Any details would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

G

G.46

Yeah, they're a lovely little aeroplane. Compared to a T-6 I think they're really underrated. That said, while I've flown a T-6 I haven't yet had a chance to fly a Fiat. It's just a shame there aren't more airworthy ones.

Hopefully time will change that.
