heads up, ww2 fluid tank on ebay?

heads up on a ww2 fluid tank on ebay, it bears some resemblence in shape and cap to a P39 oil tank situated in the rear fuselage, but has its filler position in a different location? assumed to be of US manufacture?

Looks like a hydraulic tank... & I know I used one like that for something.... P63? or NAA?

Hi all this tank has a model 22 part/drawing no 224014-R made by Lockheed corp date 28/11/41 , can anyone confirm it is from a P38.
