Help with F-5G Lightning id

Have this picture and trying to identify it. No numbers or names can be seen on the plane.

Paint looks like it could have been Hicon, or Pacific Aerial Surveys (Seattle). But the way companies alter aircraft paint just enough to lose the prior company's identification... who knows?

F5 / P38

Mike, might seem like a silly question, what is the difference in an F5 and a P-38. I ran across some pictures in a book last week that had me wondering, then I saw your post. Thanks - JOE

The F-4 & F-5 were photo recon versions and had different camera set ups in the nose. The big change in the nose shape was the F-5G which has a whole different nose. The other versions just had a modified fighter nose.
