HELP! I just got my new B-17 weathervane and I am havin a hard time gettin it up on the house. I had no idea they were so big!

The nose is in the Michigan Historical Center in Lansing, as part of a display of Michigan's contribution to the War Effort. The plane is an actual Willow Run built bird, but aside from the turret, it's just an empty shell. understand it was part of a stripped out hulk recovered in Canada. The lower nose windows are painted on (incorrectly for a Ford-built bird)..part of the strictly cosmetic rebuilt. It could be worse..at least part of her was preserved.
