It's the "Spirit of Lincoln County".
My guess is that it's being offloaded and barged to a pier in Italy
for the 325th FG.
It just looks, with the angle, that their running the 2800!

I saw video of that a while back, Bluedharma. Add that to the short list of things I wouldn't do in aviation, just under wing walking!

Aah, it isn't that bad. Keep the speed up, and it's a pretty benign event.
