Went down to Cannon Field on Saturday and participated in some formation practice. Here are a few shots from the morning flight.

Regrettably, the plane in the pictures took some damage later in the day, and won't be flying for a while... I will miss her a lot while she's down. That's the first plane I ever took to an airshow. :x :(

The good news was that my flight up to Killeen and back in the L-5 went well.

Same day ............same way! What happened to the L-2?

Right gear collapse. I've got pictures but won't post them unless some other folks clear me to. There's more damaged than just the gear... I'm pretty bummed about the deal for several reasons.

Very nice pics of a stunning aircraft.Don,t look at it as a negative, just look at it as an oppurtunity to play in the shed some more.Hope it all comes out Ok.Remember parts can be replaced,...pilots can,t.
