Houston Executive - Fly-in June 07, 2008: 20 images

The Houston Executive Airport, is holding its second annual fly-in, this weekend.
Located in the far West Houston area, it opened for business a couple of years ago.
I had the pleasure of meeting WIXers Doug Ratchford and Elroy, who were volunteering with the LSFM's B-17 Thunderbird.
Here are some images from some of the airplanes present Saturday morning.

excellent shots! Love the detail, especially the supercharger shot!
May I ask what kind of equip. you shoot with?
*p.s.* I must say it is truly a pleasure to see everyones photos up. This way we all can attend every little fly-in in some manner. Thanks!

Hi ya!
Canon 30D, and for most shots I use a 17-85mm; some of the shots were made with a 70-200.

I got a kick out of the 8 foot gate with barbed wire tapering to a 4 foot fence.
