Currently flying warbirds in original WW2 schemes?

How many and what currently flying warbirds are in their original (re-created) WW2 schemes? P-38 Glacier Girl comes to mind and a few Spitfires. Maybe a few P-51's as well? I tried searching for an archive thread on this subject, no luck for me.

Several Spitfires (ML417, AR213, EP120, AR501 - although down for maintenance for the past year or so - TB863, MH434, Seafires SX336 and VP441 come immediately to mind)

Then we get into the realms of the 'paperwork specials' - the Robin Olds 'Scat' TF-51 for example, and some other P-51s that here probably isn't the time or place to go into detail on!

2) currently flying

Which is what Hellcat specifically asked about. There are many preserved museum aircraft in their original schemes, and many flying post-WW2 (especially trainers) aircraft still in their original military schemes.

Most Harvards and many Tiger Moths in NZ wear colour schemes from their previous long RNZAF careers from WWII and postwar.

What about the B-25 "Briefing Time?" I remember back in the 80s they made a big deal about how she was a combat vet in her original markings.

I'd like to see the Yankee Air Museum's B-25D repainted in her original combat markings..or at least OD camouflage.

When I met Alex Vraciu again a few weeks back, I asked him that very question, and can only report that he's ABSOLUTELY convinced that it contains the centre section of one of his old combat mounts, and says he followed its history for many years before it ended up in N100TF.
