Greetings All -
My friend Bob Burgess passed along to me some prints showing some Missouri Air National Guard aircraft from the mid-50s up at Lambert Airport. The 110th had/flew B-25s from 1950-57 and A-26s from 1952-57.

Anyone know what the aerials on the underside out by the wing tip are for?

They were standard fit for Korean A-26s. They are air to ground homing antenna. Each aircraft had 2 under each wing.
Interesting that the two Invaders in the first picture are in Korean night paint but both have the early canopy.

Thanks for the antenna info Rick, much appreciated.
I had noticed the canopy differences too - could the "newer" canopy be retrofitted easily to replace the older style?
Enjoy the Day! Mark

Good question, mark. I always thought that the clamshells could be retrofitted, but don't know for sure.
