What is a ride exemption?

If you are looking for an Exemption to the FARs, does anyone else have one? If someone does, you can basically copy what that exemption says and put it into letter form with the reasons that the exemption would be in the publics interest and submitt it to the appropriate FAA division in DC.

Dave,

Look at http://aes.faa.gov ... for an example, type in "6540" under the exemption/docket # and search with that. It will give you the exemption letter for the CF and all revisions. That way you can see what goes into it.
