The EAA also has a Ford AT-4 Tri-motor... get in touch with Sean Elliot.

Didn't the Kalamazoo Air Zoo, even after the format change, have a flyable Tri-motor that flew passengers? Their proximity would make the most sense.

Fleet16b,

As Gunny pointed out, EAA has a flying Ford Trimotor. If you are interested, shoot me a pm or email at zbaughman@eaa.org and I'll put you in touch with Sean Elliott, who heads up EAA's flight operations.

It's a great one too... very period... I got to fly it with Sean a couple of times... one of the highlights of my time!

Ryan,

The Airzoo's Ford Tri-Motor is in restoration in Alma, MI and isn't flyable right now.

I believe Kermit Weeks (Fantasy of Flight) has both a Ford and a Stinson Tri Motor. not sure if they are currently airworthy or not though.

Yes they do, and the Ford has a pretty special history.

Our Ford Trimotor, which was also used in the Indian Jones and the Temple of Doom film, may be available for film work.
