What does the stencil say at the bottom left of the last photo?

P-38's have to have the fus to wing fillet adjusted properly or it would cause a disruption in smooth airflow on the tail. The stencil was instructions to make sure you have the proper fit. IIRC the critical area was the gap against the roll up window.
