We had a base commander in Saudi Arabia who wouldn't let us roll the sleeves of our flight suits up! Tee shirt plus nomex flight suit in 110 degree plus temperatures is not fun. He would have a Major stationed at the mess tent making sure everyone followed the regulation. What a butt hole! Makes you want to poop in his "Cxxx" cap!
