MEAN ANYTHING OT ANYONE? CAN ANYONE MAKE OUT WHAT STATION / LOCATION IT MIGHT BE???

My guess would be Greenville, SC, 4197th Base Unit.

For what it's worth, there is a new book coming out soon that may help make sense out of these aircraft record cards. Just FYI.

Items needed clearification of are;

GREENVIL ATS 4197 BASUTGM

CINCINTI ATC information

and the abr. BASFPLT

4536TH????
