B-24 Joe/ Delectible Doris

I have a question regarding B-24 Joe/ Delectible Doris. I was looking at the registry and it listed several civilian operators for the B-24. Yersterday's Air Force had it from 1973-1975, was that David Tallichet? Or was MARC 1980-1992 him? Or were both of those his entities? I have a feeling it was both but I'm not sure.

Both are associated with Tallichet.
