well i see the darker bird where the pointer is at and i also see another one in front of the white plane off to the right . is it a reflection of some sort and if not what are they?

Good question. Could just be reflection.. Or a WW2 Wreck that no one has found yet! :shock:

That's a reflection. Both aircraft have one. The one on the left is more faint than the one on the right.

I doubt it's a reflection... it's far too far away from the actual aircraft. These "seemless" satellite photos are the result of stitching together literally millions of individual shots. As a result you sometimes see ghosting effects near the joins of different photographs. It could also be that the aircraft drifted/moved between shots, which is another reason for ghosting effects. You can often see this when you look at airport photos... with several shots of the same aircraft during it's landing or take-off roll. I remember seeing this on the google-maps images of Eielson AFB in Alaska. I've checked it since though... and the maps have changed... there are actually a bunch of B-1's in the photo!
