I have seen several news reports of flooding in the Chino area.
Do we have any WIXers there and are they OK? Also, what
news of the warbirds that populate the area?

I was there yesterday and other than a litle mud on the surrounding roads all was OK with respect to the airport. No harm no foul to the aircraft.

I was out at the hangar most of the day today. There was a little water on the floor, but no damage to hangars or aircraft around the airport that I could see. The road coming onto Merrill was a little flooded, but that's not unexpected.

Yeah, the windstorms caused a lot of damage a few months back. This was nothing. Some of the dairies did lose some roofing over the hay shelters in the recent storms though, but they are old and rickety anyhow.
