Almost looks like a Ryan PT-22 prop to me, but there may be other aircraft that used a similar looking prop as well.

Speaking of big old props....except for the pointy part, there's a similar one of similar size hanging over the bar in the Auger Inn, the O Club bar at Randolph AFB. Several of us were wondering about it looking up at it while we were there with the airshow in Nov.
Anybody got a take on that one?

It looks to be off any of the mid-late 20's US light plane that used a Hisso 180....Waco 10, Travelair, Eaglerocks etc. 90" dia is far to big for a Kinner or Warner.

I almost bought a prop like that one a few months ago and it was stamped in the late 20's/30's. I think it was produced by detroit propeller. The seller didn't know what it was off of but i figured it was something that came from a an ox-5 or hispano. I def think Wheels Up is on the right track.

Looking at the Picture again the stamp says the model is a L90HSP. is that A 90" For a Hispano?
