Unfortunate

I've only been around a short time, but what I find strange, or maybe not strange, is that when someone posts something that is controversial, there are so many responses. I find this to be sad simply because there are so many other posts that are so interesting and educational and I always wait for imput, but not much happens. I'm not saying every post is this way, but the posts that seem to p*ss people off tend to get all the attention. Are we all just an argument waiting to happen? Do we enjoy a fight whether it's interesting or not? Personally I just enjoy learning and looking at all the wonderful photos and restorations and the like. I know, many of you say ... "Just don't bother reading the trash talk", but I guess I find myself getting caught up in it as well. I may not add to the arguments, but I tend to read the fights. Am I alone here? .... No one tells me how to run my life, but sometimes I get a little timid in my posts for fear of coming across as not quite smart enough to contribute to this forum .... I've learned so much by all of you, it's been a fun ride. But I have so much more to do that has nothing to do with the internet ... lololol ... like flying. But I'm hooked on this site, no thanks to you all .... kidding. teach me more ... WILL YA'S?

hi hellcatdriver  ,

I agree with you. I hate arguments especually on a nice place like WIX. I am not sure I understand the ordeal on the thread in question but IMHO it should be deleted by the webmaster/moderators. I am not going to post a thing on that thread or anything else that pertain to bickering.

Tomorrow is December 7th. I am going to spend my time remembering those that fought and died on that day. I am not going to waste my time in another pointless debate. 8)

Now lets get back to warbirds! :D

Tally ho,
Nathan
