Indeed they're from El Salvador.
Tom:
These birds are still in use in Central America (Guatemala,Honduras and El Salvador) The last country has an A-37 acrobatic team (Escuadrilla Cuscatlan) that performs during air shows.

Tom:
There are several videos on that website (youtube).
I saw the video tag on the first one, and it stated Uruguayan Air Force, and they indeed, operate the Cessna A-37B.
The Salvadoreans operate them, and to a lesser extent, so do the Guatemalans. Attrition has taken its toll, and whether by accident or by lack of spares, the Guatemalan examples are greatly reduced in numbers.
